    Hi Carolina,
    It's good to see you back on your feet (sort of). I had no idea that the FBI clearances didn't have to be sent to VA. As a matter of fact, it was my own Agency who suggested I use the courier to take them to the St. Dept. I just hope they make it back to us safe and sound.
